Joint Commercialization of Enterprise AI Solutions and Global Market Expansion

September 30, 2026 – QuantumAI (CEO: Choi Seong-jip) announced that it signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with GEM Corporation (“GEM”) on September 29 to accelerate its expansion into the Southeast Asian AI market and expand joint business opportunities.
The partnership aims to combine QuantumAI’s proprietary AI technology and expertise in transforming unstructured data into valuable assets with GEM’s AI and software engineering capabilities and local business expertise across Southeast Asia. Through this collaboration, the two companies will jointly develop and commercialize AI solutions for enterprises in the region.
QuantumAI has developed proprietary AI technologies that transform unstructured data—including documents, voice recordings, and text—into knowledge and data assets that AI systems can understand and utilize. Building on these capabilities, the company provides AI solutions across a range of enterprise functions, including automated document processing, AI-powered search, intelligent voice consultation, and AI Contact Center (AICC) solutions.
GEM is an AI-native company providing enterprise technology services focused on software engineering, AI, and digital transformation. Headquartered in Vietnam, GEM serves global clients across Korea, Japan, the Asia-Pacific region, and Europe. Under the agreement, the two companies plan to progressively pursue the following initiatives:
- Joint commercialization of AI solutions
- Joint identification of local customers and business opportunities across Southeast Asia
- Implementation of industry-specific AI projects and proofs of concept (PoCs)
- Localization and enterprise deployment of AI solutions
The partnership will focus on combining QuantumAI’s AI technology with GEM’s local engineering and business capabilities to develop and scale enterprise AI solutions that enable organizations across Southeast Asia to turn their diverse data assets into practical applications that drive business value.

2026년 9월 30일 – 퀀텀에이아이(QuantumAI, 대표이사 최성집)는 9월 29일 GEM Corporation(이하 ‘GEM’)과 동남아시아 AI 시장 공략과 공동 사업 확대를 위한 전략적 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
이번 협약은 퀀텀에이아이가 보유한 AI 기술 및 비정형 데이터 자산화 역량과 GEM의 AI·소프트웨어 엔지니어링 및 동남아 현지 사업 역량을 결합해 동남아 기업을 대상으로 AI 솔루션을 공동 개발하고 사업화하기 위해 추진됐다.
