There were three main challenges in this healthcare app project.

GEM thoroughly investigated the previous issues, resolved the problems left by earlier development, and brought the solution to full functionality. To strengthen data safety, the team also leveraged encrypted cloud backups so this healthcare app could protect sensitive medical information while keeping data synchronized across devices, even if internet connection was suddenly lost.
