On July 23rd, GEM convened its Q2/2024 business review, a pivotal event led by CEO Ngo Khanh Hoang and attended by all GEMers. The session was dedicated to reflecting on the outcomes of the second quarter of 2024 and charting a course for the upcoming months and beyond.
During the last quarter, despite being significantly impacted by market fluctuations, GEM still achieved profitability. Responding swiftly to alterations in market conditions, GEM also made major modifications to its tech stack, enhancing its relevance and competitiveness. Moreover, one of our projects achieved a near-perfect customer satisfaction score (CSAT) during this period.
Looking ahead, the Board of Directors will develop GEM’s visionary goals, strategic orientations, and operational plans for the next decade. Furthermore, GEM is poised to focus on ensuring the successful delivery of key projects across its diverse markets, maintaining high standards of service and innovation. In anticipation of major upcoming initiatives, GEM also plans to fortify its workforce and welcome new talents, ensuring the necessary expertise to excel in future endeavors.
In particular, the third quarter will see GEM celebrating a monumental milestone – our 10th year of conquering the world! This significant milestone marks GEM’s maturity over the past decade. We will join our customers, partners, and all GEMers in celebrating this special occasion with a series of upcoming events.
