JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, mostly for mid–senior and critical hiring positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job briefs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, approach, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and talent communities….
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Pipeline Building:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Leverage recruitment tools and internal databases to ensure consistent, high-quality talent mapping.
- Market Intelligence:
- Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment of best practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
- Contribute to workforce planning and help identify skill gaps and future hiring needs.
- TA Excellence:
- Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and recruitment standards.
- Mentor and support junior recruiters or interns when required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5+ years of solid experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, tech, or fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to fill mid-level to senior-level roles independently.
- Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Fluent English is a strong advantage.
