JOB DESCRIPTION

GEM Corp is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Korean-speaking) to lead our IT outsourcing projects for Korean clients, particularly a key project involving pest control and environmental hygiene solutions

• Manage end-to-end software development projects for Korean clients, ensuring delivery quality, scope, timeline and budget.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, risk management and delivery operations.
• Coordinate with Development, QA, BA and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Korean clients, managing meetings, reporting, expectations and issue resolution.
• Participate in presales activities, including requirement clarification, effort and cost estimation, proposal preparation and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to strengthen client relationships, expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and project operations.
