JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Middle/Senior PMO – Deployment & Release Management to oversee and coordinate application deployment and release activities across multiple teams and vendors, ensuring smooth and timely production releases. The ideal candidate has strong coordination skills and good English communication.
- Plan, manage, and coordinate application deployment schedules across multiple teams and vendors.
- Assess deployment readiness, dependencies, and potential impacts before each release.
- Lead deployment coordination meetings, go/no-go reviews, and release execution activities.
- Monitor deployment progress, manage issues, and coordinate stakeholders during release windows.
- Manage customer-facing splash page activation/deactivation during deployments.
- Align deployment schedules with business operations, production readiness, and quality validation activities.
- Maintain effective communication among development, QA, operations, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 8+ years of experience in IT PMO, Release Management, or Deployment Coordination.
- Proven experience coordinating complex application deployments across multiple environments.
- Strong release planning, scheduling, dependency tracking, and risk management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external vendors.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment processes.
- Background in enterprise or manufacturing IT systems.
- Understanding of production quality validation processes.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar tools
