JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Mid–Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop, deploy, and maintain an AI testing and evaluation platform. You will work closely with product and AI teams to build platform features and support enterprise customer deployments.
- Design, develop, and enhance the core AI evaluation platform across backend and frontend.
- Build and maintain backend services using Python and frontend applications using React.
- Deploy, operate, and maintain services on Kubernetes, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Develop custom extensions and integrations for enterprise customers.
- Integrate the platform with enterprise systems, identity management, and security infrastructure.
- Own feature delivery, testing, deployment, and production quality end to end.
- Collaborate with product, AI, and customer technical teams to deliver platform capabilities and support customer rollouts.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong hands-on experience in Python backend development and React frontend development.
- Solid experience deploying and operating applications on Kubernetes.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade web platforms.
- Experience with enterprise-level deployments and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of software testing, production reliability, and deployment practices.
- Clear spoken and written English (B2+).
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of complex technical tasks, and collaborate with distributed teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with AI governance and security frameworks, such as AI Verify, NIST AI RMF, or OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications.
- Experience deploying solutions for global enterprises or multinational corporations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML evaluation platforms or computer vision.
- Experience supporting customer-facing technical delivery and enterprise security requirements.
