JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer who enjoys building end-to-end features, takes ownership of code quality and production performance, learns quickly, collaborates effectively, and is eager to grow toward a senior role while building products for healthcare and life sciences procurement.
- Develop and maintain buyer-facing and seller-facing web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including marketplace features such as product search, catalogs, quotations, ordering, and supplier onboarding.
- Build internal tools and dashboards to automate operational workflows.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core (C#), design database schemas, optimize SQL queries, and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Integrate external partners and internal services, including KYC and compliance checks.
- Ensure software quality through unit and integration testing, code reviews, and deployment via CI/CD pipelines on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor released features, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with product managers and designers to clarify requirements and estimate development tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience, working on both frontend and backend.
- Solid experience with React and TypeScript; hands-on with Next.js.
- Experience building REST APIs with ASP.NET Core (C#).
- Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL or SQL Server): schema design, joins, indexes and query basics.
- Familiar with Git, Unix/Linux CLI and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of core CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms and clean code principles.
- Good English for reading documentation and discussing technical topics with the team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AWS, Docker or Kubernetes.
- Experience with microservices, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS) or caching (Redis).
- Experience with state management and data fetching libraries (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, TanStack Query).
- Testing experience with Jest, React Testing Library, xUnit/NUnit or Playwright.
- Background in e-commerce, B2B marketplaces or healthcare/pharma.
