LOCATION: HA NOI 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment:  
    • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, mostly for mid–senior and critical hiring positions.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job briefs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source, approach, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and talent communities….
    • Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Pipeline Building:  
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
    • Leverage recruitment tools and internal databases to ensure consistent, high-quality talent mapping.
  • Market Intelligence: 
    • Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities.
    • Advise hiring managers on recruitment of best practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
    • Contribute to workforce planning and help identify skill gaps and future hiring needs.
  • TA Excellence: 
    • Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and recruitment standards.
    • Mentor and support junior recruiters or interns when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of solid experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, tech, or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to fill mid-level to senior-level roles independently.
  • Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Fluent English is a strong advantage.
