Own the end-to-end recruitment process, mostly for mid–senior and critical hiring positions.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job briefs, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source, approach, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels: LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and talent communities….
Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Pipeline Building:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Leverage recruitment tools and internal databases to ensure consistent, high-quality talent mapping.
Market Intelligence:
Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activities.
Advise hiring managers on recruitment of best practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
Contribute to workforce planning and help identify skill gaps and future hiring needs.
TA Excellence:
Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and recruitment standards.
Mentor and support junior recruiters or interns when required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
5+ years of solid experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, tech, or fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to fill mid-level to senior-level roles independently.
Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Fluent English is a strong advantage.
