JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join GEM and support our growth in the US market through new client acquisition and long-term business development.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the US market
  • Identify, approach, and acquire B2B clients in IT services and software outsourcing
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales (US Market), Delivery, and Engineering teams to propose suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and branding activities
  • Maintain accurate client and sales pipeline data in CRM systems

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in IT services or software outsourcing
  • Proven experience selling to US or international clients
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and outsourcing business models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, CRM tools
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of software development, cloud, data, or AI services is a strong plus
