JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage end-to-end software development projects for Korean clients
  • Monitor project progress, quality, scope, timeline, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with Dev, QA, BA, and related stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
  • Work directly with clients in meetings, reporting, and issue handling
  • Participate in presale activities:
    – Clarify requirements
    – Estimate effort/cost
    – Prepare proposals and delivery approaches
    – Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to expand accounts and identify new business opportunities.
    – Contribute to the delivery process improvement and project operation management.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development/IT Outsourcing in a PM role
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Strong skills in project management, stakeholder management, and risk management.
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and business-oriented thinking
  • PMP certificate
  • Preferred Qualifications
    – Experience in presale or solution discussions
    – Technical/development background
    – Experience working onsite or in customer-facing roles
