JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Technical Lead to serve as the technical spearhead, solution architect, and technical leader for large-scale, complex projects serving strategic domestic clients.

  • Own end-to-end system architecture decisions.
  • Enhance technical capabilities and quality across multiple project teams.
  • Act as the final technical decision-maker.
  • Actively participate in pre-sales activities, bidding, and strategic technical consulting for client

Solution Architecture

  • Own the overall architecture for multiple Enterprise products.
  • Design platforms with flexible configuration capabilities that comply with legal regulations.
  • Build reference architectures, design patterns, and unified technical standards.
  • Make final decisions on technology stacks, integration strategies, and non-functional requirements.
  • Chair architecture reviews and archives technical decisions.
  • Identify early risks and prevent systemic failures.

Technical Leadership

  • Set the highest technical standards for engineers and tech leads within the organization.
  • Review and provide critical feedback on system architecture designs.
  • Proactively build POCs and prototypes for complex ideas; resolve difficult technical “bottlenecks” for teams.
  • Establish software development standards and unified technical directions across multiple groups.
  • Ensure teams do not duplicate solutions, share reusable components, and reach consensus on architecture and integration contracts.

Pre-sales & Client Consulting

  • Act as the Chief Architect during pre-sales and bidding phases.
  • Draft and review technical proposals and architectural sections in bid documents; analyze feasibility and risks.
  • Translate client business problems into specific technical solutions, implementation roadmaps, and POCs.
  • Confidently present and defend solutions to clients, product owners, and senior leadership.
  • Proactively drive the application of modern technologies, specifically AI/ML and Agentic AI.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in software development; strong expertise in Java (Backend) and ReactJS or Angular (Frontend).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML: building, integrating, and operating AI models in real-world systems.
  • Experience with distributed systems, Multi-tenant SaaS architecture, and highly configurable systems.

Technical Skills & Mindset

  • Strong systems thinking: ability to weigh trade-offs, constraints, and long-term maintainability.
  • Experience leading multiple technical teams horizontally.
  • Willingness to debate and challenge engineers, tech leads, and managers when necessary.
  • Ability to explain complex systems in two ways: in-depth for engineers and clearly/concisely for clients and executives.

Soft Skills & Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (architectural documents, bid proposals, solution decks).
  • Ability to work under high pressure and deliver effectively in projects with tight deadlines.
  • Fast learner of new products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Confident presenting to all levels: technical staff, business stakeholders, and C-level executives.
  • Excellent time and task management; flexible in shifting priorities.
  • Result-oriented with a commitment to product and service quality.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and eager to take on new challenges.
