GEM’s Q3/2024 Business Review Recap

On October 22, GEM held its Q3/2024 business review session, led by CEO Ngo Khanh Hoang, with the participation of all GEM employees. The session was not just a reflection on the company’s recent achievements, but also a roadmap for future growth and a reaffirmation of the company’s vision.

Key Highlights from the Business Review

During the review, the CEO reported an increase in revenue compared to the same period last year. This positive growth demonstrated the successful maintenance of key accounts and positive outcomes of key projects. A notable advancement that contributes to this uptrend was the company’s progress in expanding its partnerships with a client in Japan. This partnership is expected to fuel further growth and strengthen GEM’s position in the Japan and international tech landscape.

In the last quarter, GEM also built strategic cooperation and took initial steps to strengthen its foothold in the Korean market. The recent signing of the MOU with a strategic partner reaffirms that GEM is steadily establishing a strong foothold in this new market.

GEM’s Long-Term Vision

CEO Ngo Khanh Hoang took the opportunity to reinforce GEM’s long-term vision, outlining three major pillars that will drive the company forward: global presence, talent development and growth targets. Being recently recognized in the Top 10 ICT Awards for ‘Impressive Growth’ demonstrates our efforts and commitment towards the vision.

This clear vision has motivated GEMers to keep striving for excellence. The CEO urged the team to enhance project management capabilities, address challenges head-on, and build on current successes.

Celebrating Innovation at GEM

At GEM, we have an internal competition called “Innovation Solution initiative”, launched to promote GEM’s spirit of Kaizen (continuous improvement) and honor outstanding initiatives across the company. Held quarterly for improvement ideas and periodically for creative projects, this competition promises to generate many effective solutions to enhance productivity and work quality.

This quarter, two members from Division 2 were spotlighted for their outstanding contributions with the topic of creating the habit of keeping a neat and clean working environment. Looking forward, GEM encourages all employees to continue submitting innovative solutions, ensuring a vibrant and forward-thinking culture that will drive future success.

Closing remarks

The third quarter concluded with notable success, and now it’s time for us to refine our approach, learn from our experiences, and strive for even greater achievements in the months ahead as we gear up for pivotal milestones in 2025.
