ServiceNow Developer – Japanese N3+
LOCATION: HCM
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop solutions and applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Work closely with Japanese enterprise clients.
- Contribute to enterprise digital transformation projects.
- Continuously learn and update technical skills in line with industry trends.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2+ year of experience in ServiceNow Core Platform development with a good understanding of ITSM processes.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow customization, flows/workflows, and forms.
- Basic to intermediate Japanese communication skills (N3–N2 level).
- Ability to read and understand technical documents in Japanese.
- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Strong self-learning ability and willingness to continuously develop technical skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
