- Targeted markets: developed countries in strategic regions, including Hong Kong, Taiwan, APAC…
- Conduct market research to define market penetration strategies (foreign market & IT outsourcing products)
- Generate, manage sales pipeline and ensure reaching KPI (qualified leads/ meeting/ proposal)
- Manage and review internal sales process compliance
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans
- Build and strengthen client relationships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Data-driven and CRM-based working model, regular reports to line manager and BoD

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of experience in Business Development/Sales/Customer Acquisition in the IT industry for the global market
- Experienced in all customer acquisition platforms, including LinkedIn tools, Email Marketing Platform, Global Hiring platforms, Industrial forums, CRM platforms…
- Fluentin in spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excel at presentation, networking, relationship development, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of modern software technologies is an advantage
- Good at MS Office and working tools
- Able to travel for work when required
