Account Manager – Japan Market (Onsite Tokyo)

LOCATION: Tokyo, Japan

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Japanese clients

  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT outsourcing solutions

  • Manage assigned accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure project progress and client satisfaction

  • Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; support negotiation and deal closure

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports

  • Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and company policies

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, IT, or a related field

  • Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level (both spoken and written)

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development

  • Experience working with Japanese clients, preferably in the IT/technology industry

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Good understanding of IT services, software development, or outsourcing models is a plus

  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
