JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an engieer to provides L2 and L3 support for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, focus on incident resolution, troubleshooting, application maintenance, integration support, minor enhancements, monitoring, and operational documentation.
- Resolve incidents and service requests in accordance with agreed support processes and SLAs.
- Troubleshoot Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, permissions, connectors, APIs, and integration issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis, defect correction, configuration updates, testing, and release support.
- Monitor application stability and assess impacts from platform, API, authentication, or dependency changes.
- Maintain ticket updates, SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with users, technical teams, SMEs, and third-party vendors.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, handover, and continuous improvement activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of relevant application development or support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps Canvas and Power Automate cloud flows.
- Working knowledge of Dataverse and SharePoint Online lists, libraries, permissions, and metadata.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Graph.
- Ability to investigate issues using logs, flow run history, API responses, and application diagnostics.
- Basic development or scripting skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Power Fx, or SQL.
- Understanding of application .lifecycle management, deployment, testing, and source control.
- Good troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and ownership skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in an AMS, ITIL, or enterprise production-support environment.
- Knowledge of Azure services, custom connectors, data gateways, or CI/CD is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English for tickets, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Relevant Microsoft certification is an advantage
