Salesforce QA Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

Define and lead the overall test strategy and approach for the Revenue Cloud/Billing implementation, covering functional, regression, and integration testing.
Design test scripts and test cases from the customer requirements and acceptance criteria, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate test script creation and maintenance.
Own the testing tooling and approach for the engagement, applying AI-assisted testing tools and techniques where they add value.
Execute test cycles across Revenue Cloud/Billing configuration and Apex/LWC development, logging and tracking defects through to resolution.
Work closely with the Development Team to reproduce and clarify defects, confirm expected behavior.
Hand over tests to the client for UAT, supporting client stakeholders through UAT execution.
Report on test coverage, quality risk, and go-live readiness to the delivery team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing, with proven experience as a QA Engineer/Test Lead on Salesforce implementation projects, ideally including Revenue Cloud/CPQ and/or Billing.
Own test strategy and approach with minimal oversight
Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for accelerating test script creation, with a solid understanding of the associated tooling and approaches (not just general awareness).
Comfortable working directly with clients, particularly presenting and handing over test scripts for UAT.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
