LOCATION: Tokyo, Japan
JOB DESCRIPTION
Build and maintain long-term relationships with Japanese clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT outsourcing solutions
Manage assigned accounts and ensure high-quality service delivery
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure project progress and client satisfaction
Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts; support negotiation and deal closure
Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports
Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and company policies
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, IT, or a related field
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N1 level (both spoken and written)
At least 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
Experience working with Japanese clients, preferably in the IT/technology industry
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Good understanding of IT services, software development, or outsourcing models is a plus
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
