Senior Business Development

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join GEM and support our growth in the global market for Low Code No Code through new client acquisition and long-term business development.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute business development strategies for the markets (US, APAC, ANZ, Southeast Asia, EMEA, etc.,)
  • Identify, approach, and acquire B2B clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales, Delivery, and Engineering teams to propose suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and branding activities
  • Maintain accurate client and sales pipeline data in CRM systems

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 3 – 5+ years of B2B technology sales with proven quota attainment in IT products, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Track record selling enterprise platforms: ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, OutSystems, Mendix, or equivalent.
  • Experience selling both professional services/project engagements and resource augmentation/staffing.
  • Strong commercial acumen – deal structuring, business cases, contract negotiation.
  • Proven experience selling to international clients
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and outsourcing business models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, CRM tools
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of software development, cloud, data, or AI services is a strong plus.
