Adopting CMMI-based practices has had tremendous impacts on the quality of GEM’s project management and delivery services. The development pipeline becomes well-defined, project outcomes are meticulously controlled, while productivity is accelerated. Accordingly, we managed to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen our competitive advantage.
Being rated at CMMI Level 3 is a deserving reward for GEM’s relentless efforts in standardizing the company’s delivery process. It also showcases our commitment to delivering top-tier services and digital empowerment to our clients.
The appraisal ceremony was attended by representatives from GEM Corporation and the appraisal organization – Mr. Aru David, Country Manager, and Mr. Satish Raj Manimaran, Lead Appraiser from ECCI Vietnam.
Speaking at the CMMI appraisal ceremony, Mr. Ngo Khanh Hoang – GEM’s CEO, stated his honor and delight at this remarkable milestone. He highlighted one of the keywords pursued by GEM – “Maturity” and noted how the appraisal result confirmed GEM’s maturity as an IT service provider. Hoang believed the appraisal result would drive GEM forward to achieve world-class quality in the future.
Mr. Aru David, Country Manager and Mr. Manimaran, Lead Appraiser of ECCI Vietnam, congratulated GEM on this significant accomplishment and expressed their pleasure to work with GEM’s team, who demonstrated professionalism and excellent coordination.
The two experts also gave encouraging remarks and said that they looked forward to seeing GEM working harder to reach greater business maturity.
