Location: Hanoi/HCMC

Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in daily hiring activities, contributing to a smooth candidate experience and effective employer branding. This position is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Support

  • Support the TA team throughout the full recruitment life cycle
  • Based on job descriptions provided by Hiring Managers, expand and adapt JDs for various recruitment channels
  • Post job opportunities on diversified recruitment channels
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate candidate information in the recruitment database
  • Use effective tools to convert qualified candidates’ CVs into the company’s standard template
  • Focus mainly on intern and fresher-level positions

2. Employer Branding Support

  • Manage and update the company career fanpage (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and post recruitment-related content such as job postings, hiring announcements, and employer branding materials
  • Support basic content ideas to improve candidate engagement and strengthen employer brand image

3. Administrative Support

  • Maintain and organize recruitment documents, files, and records
  • Support other Talent Acquisition tasks as assigned by the TA Manager

Requirements

Education & Background

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
  • Strong interest in the IT / Technology industry
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Careful, detail-oriented, data-driven, and well-organized
  • Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and workload productivity
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Good English communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR internships, or campus activities
  • Basic content creation or copywriting skills
