JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and govern scalable, secure, and high-quality enterprise systems across the full application lifecycle. This role provides technical leadership in solution design, development, cloud architecture, and CI/CD practices while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions. Strong hands-on engineering experience, system design expertise, and cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are required.
  • Responsible for the software architecture, serving as a technical expert across design, development, and technical support activities.
  • Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to deliver production-ready source code aligned with assigned features and requirements.
  • Tests, identifies, and remediates issues during development in compliance with established quality control and engineering best practices.
  • Contributes technical expertise and insight to engineering and design activities.
  • Owns and drives continuous delivery improvements, ensuring delivery pipelines and practices are continuously enhanced.
  • Defines, enforces, and evolves engineering and user experience patterns to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across the solution.
  • Leads technical engagement across the full application lifecycle to support business solutions.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to analyze functional needs and drive solution design to achieve positive business outcomes, recommending solutions aligned with business and IT strategies while complying with corporate architecture standards.
  • Provides technical leadership within business application development initiatives, coaching project teams and reviewing solution designs and source code.
  • Plays an architectural role in redesigning critical services and driving system performance improvements.
  • Leads code re-engineering efforts and enhancement of legacy applications to improve maintainability and scalability.
  • Oversees the maintenance and support of business applications, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
  • Reviews source code and enforces code quality standards across development teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Extensive experience in the IT industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in architecture and design of IT systems, design patterns, and frameworks.
  • Minimum 5 years experienced in software development, strong on Java, .Net, Python, Cloud or Data.
  • More than 3 year experiences with SA/Technical Lead position.
  • Experience working with Cloud & development technologies/Experience architecting solutions built on AWS, Azure or GCP is preferred.
  • DevOps engineering experience is preferred. Cloud/Data certifications is preferred.
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills.
  • Good English communication skills (both verbal and written) (TOEIC >= 800), have ability to write technical design document, write proposal on software architecture/solution and present to client.
