We are looking for an engineer experienced in Solidity (EVM) and Solana (Rust) to build and maintain on-chain programs for our tokenization platform. The role covers full lifecycle development—from designing new contracts to addressing pentest findings and supporting production deployments. JS/TS experience is preferred for off-chain integrations and tooling.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design, develop and deploy smart contracts on Solana (Rust/Anchor Framework).
- Build and optimize modules such as: asset tokenization, fund issuance, transfer logic, escrow, authority control, on-chain validation.
- Integrate smart contracts with backend/off-chain services via RPC/Web3/Anchor client.
- Test, audit, secure smart contracts; ensure no logic vulnerabilities.
- Optimize performance, transaction fees, and stability of on-chain programs.
- Update documentation, support testnet/mainnet deployment.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 2 to 4+ years of blockchain experience, including 1+ years of Solana experience (Rust, Anchor).
- Proficiency in Rust, deep understanding of memory management, ownership, lifetime.
- Mastery of Solana runtime, Accounts, PDA, CPI, Program ID
Instruction & Transaction flow - Experience in deploying real smart contracts on testnet/mainnet.
- Understanding of on-chain security issues: re-entrancy, account spoofing, race conditions, signer verification.
- Experience in system integration: Web3.js, Anchor client, RPC call.
- Good analytical thinking & problem solving, high sense of responsibility.
- Fluent in English
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Have audited smart contracts or participated in DeFi/Tokenization projects.
- Experience with other networks: Ethereum
- Backend experience (Nest.js) to build clients.
- Understanding of financial products, fund structures, stablecoins, custody.
