LOCATION: Hanoi

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Design, develop, and optimize complex backend systems, ensuring high performance, stability, and scalability 
• Take primary responsibility for building and migrating system architectures from Monolith to Microservices 
• Work directly with international clients (English/Korean speaking) to gather requirements, provide technical consulting, and participate in pre-sale activities 
• Implement and manage large-scale data processing systems (Big Data), IoT, and real-time databases 
• Integrate AI technologies (AI Factory) into backend systems 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Frontend, BA, QA, etc.) to deliver projects effectively 

 REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in backend development 
• Proven experience in migrating and implementing Microservices architecture from Monolith systems 
• Proficiency in Java programming and the following technologies: 
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security 
• ORM/Data Access: Hibernate, JPA 
• Build Tools: Maven, Gradle 
• Testing: JUnit, Mockito 
• Experience working directly with international clients (English/Korean), with strong English communication skills for business discussions 
• Proficiency with databases such as Oracle, MariaDB, and Tibero 
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems and brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, MQTT, and WebSocket 
• Experience with asynchronous programming (Reactive Programming) such as RxJava or Project Reactor is a plus 
• Participation in projects involving Big Data, IoT, real-time databases, and AI Factory Strong business acumen, proactive learning attitude, and the ability to provide technical consulting to clients 
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
