LOCATION: Hanoi

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level frontend applications for large global clients, ensuring scalability, performance, and high UI quality. 
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver frontend solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. 
• Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, and maintenance. 
• Communicate effectively with international clients and professional global teams, providing clear frontend insights and technical discussions in spoken English. 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• +4 years of experience in building web applications using modern frontend frameworks, with strong proficiency in ReactJS or VueJS. Experience with Angular is acceptable, but not a primary focus. 
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. 
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend development practices, including component-based architecture and state management. 
• Experience with Redux and its ecosystem (actions, reducers, stores). 
• Familiarity with popular UI libraries and design systems such as Material UI, Ant Design, Shadcn UI, or similar. 
• Strong experience in responsive and adaptive web design. 
• Experience writing Unit Tests for frontend applications. 
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and/or NestJS is a strong plus. 
• Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. 
• Passionate, proactive, and a critical thinker with a logical and analytical mindset. 
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients in spoken English.
