We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join GEM and support our growth in the global market for Low Code No Code through new client acquisition and long-term business development.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the markets (US, APAC, ANZ, Southeast Asia, EMEA, etc.,)
- Identify, approach, and acquire B2B clients
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Work closely with the Head of Sales, Delivery, and Engineering teams to propose suitable solutions
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and branding activities
- Maintain accurate client and sales pipeline data in CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 – 5+ years of B2B technology sales with proven quota attainment in IT products, SaaS, or IT services.
- Track record selling enterprise platforms: ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, OutSystems, Mendix, or equivalent.
- Experience selling both professional services/project engagements and resource augmentation/staffing.
- Strong commercial acumen – deal structuring, business cases, contract negotiation.
- Proven experience selling to international clients
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and outsourcing business models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, CRM tools
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of software development, cloud, data, or AI services is a strong plus.
