Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our HR team in Ho Chi Minh City.
The intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities and have the opportunity to become a full-time recruiter after the internship period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process: receive hiring requests, post job openings, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up after interviews.
- Assist in developing and maintaining company recruitment channels and databases.
- Participate in building and managing the candidate database.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Take ownership of assigned recruitment positions and ensure hiring targets are met.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition, with a clear interest in developing a long-term HR career.
- Good English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 800+ / IELTS 6.5+).
- Experience or interest in branding or marketing activities is a plus.
- Strong communication, proactiveness, and teamwork skills.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Available to work full-time during the 10-week internship.
