LOCATION: Hanoi

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Manage internal receipts and disbursements: Create payment and receipt vouchers, develop spending plans, and manage cash flow effectively.

  • Handle financial transactions: Process all internal financial transactions arising within the business.

  • Perform banking transactions: Open accounts, obtain bank statements/advice, execute fund transfers, and perform bank reconciliations.

  • Document control: Collect, verify, and circulate invoices and supporting documents in accordance with internal procedures.

  • Bookkeeping: Record internal accounting entries ensuring compliance with principles, timeliness, and accuracy.

  • Monitor advances and payments: Track, supervise, and reconcile advances and payments to ensure completeness and transparency.

  • Filing and storage: Manage and store internal accounting documents systematically, securely, and for easy retrieval.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other internal accountants and relevant departments to complete assigned tasks.

  • Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports and management reports, or ad-hoc reports as requested by management.

  • Data analysis: Perform financial analysis and statistics to support the company’s production and business operations.

  • Other duties: Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Corporate Accounting, or related fields.

  • Experience: Minimum of 02 years of experience in an equivalent position.

  • Office IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software.

  • Accounting Software: Proficient in using MISA accounting software.

  • Language Skills: Ability to read and write basic English; candidates with TOEIC 500+ or IELTS 5.0+ are preferred.

  • Personal Skills: Honest, careful, detail-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility. Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure environments.
