JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Middle/Senior AI Engineer to join our offshore team and drive AI implementation across the organization. You will work hands-on with the Tech Lead and engineering team to build and deliver practical, scalable AI solutions aligned with real business use cases.
- Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions (hands-on coding)
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on AI initiatives
- Design and build AI architecture, pipelines, and systems
- Translate business use cases into scalable AI implementations
- Communicate progress and blockers effectively in a remote setup
- Research AI trends and propose applicable solutions
- Provide insights on how AI can be applied within the organization
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3 – 6+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace, etc.)
- Experience deploying LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI systems in production
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
