Middle Project Manager – Banking Data Projects – HCM

LOCATION: HCM

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage project plans, schedules, scope, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate effectively among Business teams, Data teams, and other stakeholders.
Monitor and control project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Organize regular project meetings and provide progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Support backlog management, business requirements gathering, and implementation planning.
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and agreed timelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in the IT industry.
At least 1 year of experience delivering Data projects within Banking or Financial Services organizations.
Good understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, ETL/ELT, BI Reporting, and Data Analytics concepts.
Experience working with Data Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Analysts.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent project management tools.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
English communication skills.

PREFERRED

Experience in Data Platform, Data Governance, Data Migration, or Regulatory Reporting projects.
PMP, PSM, or PMI-ACP certifications are a plus.
Previous experience working in banks or large financial institutions is highly preferred.
