[Ha Noi] Bridge Software Engineer (BrSE)

LOCATION: Hanoi

Take responsibility for receiving requirements from customers; participate in analyzing, developing, and communicating requirements to the development team accurately, fully, and timely.
Gain an understanding of the architecture, technical solutions, and business logic of the current system to provide proposals and improvements for better system operation.
Participate in the verification and confirmation of requirement completion to periodically report work progress to customers.
Understand and explain technical problems and issues to both customers and the development team.
Work with the project development team and customers to provide timely solutions when risks or issues arise.

Japanese proficiency: N2 level or higher.
Experience in creating design documents.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a BrSE or PM for the Japanese market.
Experience in implementing projects with a scale of 20 man-months or more is an advantage.
Knowledge of Infrastructure, Cloud services, and AI is an advantage.
Good communication skills.
Good planning and management skills.
