Overview:

Seeking a Junior/Middle Business Analyst with solid experience in banking and financial services to act as a bridge between Singapore-based stakeholders and the Vietnam development team.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from client stakeholders
• Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Work closely with Developers and QA to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management
• Provide domain expertise in banking operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of BA experience, including at least 1 year in banking/financial services (blockchain experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payments, compliance, KYC/AML
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Excellent English communication skills; confident working with international stakeholders
