Java Technical Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in JAVA technology and hands-on software engineering. You are responsible for performing high-standard coding with oversight, defining technical direction, and ensuring the quality of web-based applications and leading a high-performance team.

Design end-to end architecture platform align with product and business requirements
Implement core components, review PRs, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
Provide cross-project technical support, solve architectural bottlenecks, and manage technical dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Take end-to-end ownership of production services, leading “fix-on-fail” efforts and deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) for complex issues.
Work closely with a cross functional team to drive successful delivery.
Contribute to security assessments, performance optimization, and related solutioning
Lead and Mentor a Java team of 5+ Engineers in architecture and engineering

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years of experience in Java development technologies in general, with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role.
Proven hands-on experience on Java ecosystem, Spring boot, Microservices, SQL, NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra…
Experience in designing & developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based systems.
Strong knowledge of writing secured codes and good understanding of design patterns
Experienced in developing and deploying microservices with Cloud based technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker…)
Experience in agile scrum-based development process
Good knowledge and experience in other new technologies, e.g. Blockchain, AI, etc.
