LOCATION: Hanoi 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Internal Communication Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute internal communication plans aligned with company strategy and key initiative
  • Translate leadership direction into clear, engaging messages for different audiences (engineers, managers, global teams
  • Manage communication channels: email, intranet, town halls, newsletters, internal platforms

2. Leadership & Executive Communications

  • Support leaders in crafting announcements, updates, and key messages
  • Prepare content for town halls, all-hands meetings, and strategic update
  • Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, and messaging across all communications

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and run initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture
  • Support campaigns around AI-first transformation, innovation mindset, and high-performance culture
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve communication effectiveness

4. Change Communication 

  • Lead communication efforts for organizational changes, new initiatives, and transformation programs
  • Ensure messages are timely, transparent, and easy to understand, especially during periods of change
  • Help teams navigate change with clear context and direction

5. Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Create high-quality content: articles, internal posts, videos, presentations
  • Highlight success stories, key projects, and people achievements
  • Turn complex topics (AI, delivery models, strategy) into simple, relatable narratives

6. Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Track effectiveness of communication (engagement, reach, feedback)
  • Use data to refine messaging, channels, and formats
  • Introduce new tools or approaches to improve internal communication at scale

7. Public Relations (External Communications)

  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to support PR and external communication activities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • 3–6+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or related roles
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in English (critical); additional languages are a plu
  • Experience in tech, IT services, or fast-growing organizations preferred
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, actionable messages
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
