LOCATION: Hanoi

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including tracking labor contracts, drafting, renewing, and maintaining employee records.
  • Maintain and update HR data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Support employee relations activities, including promotion, transfer, disciplinary actions, and handling employee-related issues.
  • Collaborate in developing and improving HR policies and regulations aligned with company direction.
  • Provide consultation and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and internal procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports (e.g., headcount, employee turnover, HR costs) to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR Generalist or Employee Relations roles.
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals, good command of VN labor law. Knowledge on global employee management is a plus
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work closely with both employees and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Good command of English.
  • Prior experience in IT/technology companies is preferred.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.
