JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Golang Backend Engineer to build scalable backend systems with strong system design experience, focused on security and AI-driven products. Key projects include end-to-end encrypted storage (top priority), an AI enterprise chatbot, and an advertising platform.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services using Golang
  • Build scalable APIs (HTTPs/binary protocol) and system components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
  • Research and apply new technologies, especially in security and performance

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • MUST be familiar with AI-powered coding assistant tools and use them daily
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role
    o Middle: 2+ years
    o Senior: 5+ years
  • Strong programming skills in Golang (preferred), or similar backend languages (e.g., Java)
  • Experience building backend services and APIs
  • Solid understanding of system design and scalable architectures
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Good knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL)
  • Understanding of software testing and quality assurance
  • Familiarity with security best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
