JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Junior/Middle Project Manager to join our outsourcing delivery team. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams (BA/SA/Dev/QA/Client) to ensure project progress, quality, and communication are delivered smoothly. This role fits candidates who have strong ownership, good communication, and want to grow into a Senior PM/Delivery Lead in the future.

1. Project Planning & Delivery

• Participate in project planning activities, including defining scope, timeline, and resource plans
• Track sprint progress, manage the backlog, and ensure the team delivers according to commitments
• Coordinate tasks across teams (DEV/QA/BA/UI/UX) following Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, depending on the project
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, providing timely solutions and mitigation plans

2. Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients: provide progress updates, clarify requirements, and report overall project status
• Join regular internal and external meetings (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Manage client expectations and ensure the quality of all deliverables

Process & Quality Management

• Oversee project processes, including requirement control, change request management, and acceptance criteria definition
• Work closely with QA to ensure product quality before delivery
• Monitor and report key project KPIs such as velocity, burndown charts, defect metrics, and cost tracking

Team Management

• Support task assignment and encourage effective collaboration within the team
• Foster a positive teamwork environment, resolve conflicts, and drive productivity
• Provide mentoring and guidance for new team members when needed  

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• 1–3 years of experience in project management within the outsourcing or software development industry 
• Solid understanding of software development processes, including Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or Waterfall methodologies 
• Good English communication skills (comfortable with client communication via chat/call/email) 
• Strong skills in timeline management, task coordination, and multitasking 
• Logical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
• Proactive attitude, high sense of responsibility, and eagerness to learn and grow
