JOB DESCRIPTION  

• Build and develop mobile applications for big clients in ASEAN 
• Building applications on iOS and Android platforms using Flutter framework  
• Working on testing, bug fixing, code and performance optimization  
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency  
• Coordinate with team members under the work assignment of  Project Manager and Technical Leader  

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE  

• Have 3+ years of experience working with Flutter framework, Dart programming language  
• Experienced with modern Flutter state management patterns (BLoC, Provider, GetX, Riverpod, …)  
• Familiar with component-based development  
• Have experience in creating responsive Flutter apps that compatible with multiple screen sizes  
• Familiar with programming communication between mobile and server via RESTful API  
• Basic knowledge on native Android & iOS and how to integrate native code to Flutter projects  
• Familiar with offline storage/databases such as SharedPreferences, SQLite, UserDefaults…  
• Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle and operating in Scrum and Kanban environments  
• Experience with Git version control system  
• Having knowledge about Figma, UI/UX design principles and guidelines is an advantage  
• Having experience in the domain of Human Capital Management is an advantage
