LOCATION: Hanoi

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Collect and analyze data requirements from business units. 
• Analyze data and define requirements for BI and Analytics use cases. 
• Prepare business and technical documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS, and data specification documents. 
• Participate in designing data models, database structures, and data partitioning. 
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to build data pipelines and data processing flows, ensuring business requirements are met. 
• Work with Testers and Business teams to perform data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT). 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst/Business Analyst/BI Analyst. 
• Hands-on experience with Data Warehouse systems; solid understanding of Lakehouse, Data Lake, and Data Warehouse concepts. 
• Proficient in SQL for data querying, analysis, and validation. 
• Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data modeling. 
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. 
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to write clear, logical documentation. 

 PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in implementing Lakehouse architectures. 
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM) systems. 
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Apache Superset.
