Business Analyst

LOCATION: Hanoi

JOB DESCRIPTION

Serve as the Business Analyst in projects focused on performance optimization, processing time enhancement, and data accuracy.
Gather and document business requirements, converting them into functional specifications and technical requirements for the development team.
Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and ensure data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the UI/UX team to define dashboards and data visualizations.
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases such as Elasticsearch, MariaDB, Redis, and HiveDB.
Understand and validate RESTful APIs.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
Proven experience in participating in system analysis and end-to-end (from scratch) development.
Direct hands-on experience working with Product Owners (PO) and End Users (EU).
Solid mastery of BA core competencies; highly proficient in business documentation and User Manuals (UM).
Proficient in Figma (equivalent to a Junior-level Designer).
Proactive work attitude with hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum project frameworks
Experience working on government/public sector projects is a plus.
Experience in system integration projects or projects involving AI Agents is a plus.
