JOB DESCRIPTION
- Targeted markets: Global developed markets, primarily across APAC, EU, ANZ, and the US, without restriction to any specific geography.
- Market analysis, industry & customer research.
- Customer acquisition strategy (organic and inorganic) and all tactics to reach targeted customers and create business opportunities.
- Conversion strategy and work closely with account management team to close deals.
- Develop strong customer and partnership network in all relating sectors.
- Responsible for personal and team’s KPIs along the entire sales funnel (from lead to deal success).
- Build, hire, lead and grow the sales team with the right culture in place.
- Execute customer retention, customer relationship management, service expansion, and sustainable growth.
- Coordinating with the engineering team to offer the best solutions and service offerings to customers.
- Coordinating with the Marketing team on brand promotions activities and relating marketing activities.
- Data-driven and CRM-based working model, regular reports to line manager and BoD.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 0.6+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Customer Acquisition within the IT/ITO industry, serving global markets.
- Experienced in all customer acquisition platforms including LinkedIn tools, Email Marketing Platform, Global Hiring platforms, Industrial forums, CRM platforms, …
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Korean, or Japanese…
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Excel at presentation, networking, relationship development, and leadership skills
- Knowledgeable of modern software technologies is an advantage
- Good at MS Office and working tools
- Able to travel for work when required
