JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Act as a trusted consultant to our clients and implementation partners 
• Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements 
• Gather, define and prioritize requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client; come up with the optimal solution for the product 
• Maintain and verify requirements specifications according to established baselines 
• Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity 
• Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, bottlenecks and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter 
• Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company-wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement 

  REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Have at least 3 years of experience as a Software Business Analyst or Bridge Software Engineer
• Understand and apply fully the BA or BrSE’s task and process 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean (TOPIK 5+) 
• Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes 
• Knowledge of wire-frame prototype designing 
• Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology 
• Detail-oriented, logical mindset and systematic thinking 
• Master problem analysis and problem-solving skills 
• Studied or worked in Korea is an advantage 
• Sales and pre-sale experience are advantages 
• Technical knowledge is a plus (API, SQL,…) 
• Self-driven, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
• Fast learner with a growth mindset and adaptability in dynamic project environments
• Resilient under pressure and deadline-driven
