- Manage business operations across regions, including APAC, ANZ, US, Canada, EU, Vietnam (Japan is excluded);
- Strategy development and strategy execution of market development, customer and sales growth, business models, targeting industries;
- Responsible for achieving revenue KPIs across the entire sales funnel Responsible for all KPIs along the entire sales funnel (from lead to deal success);
- Lead acquisition strategy (organic and inorganic) and tactics, conversion strategy, delivering sustainable growth with healthy profitability;
- Customer retention, service expansion, opportunity farming, and relationship development;
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team for regional targets;
- Oversee and manage the business operations budget within the assigned regions to ensure effective utilization and goal alignment;
- Coordinating with the engineering team to offer the best solutions/models for customers;
- Contract negotiation, follow-up until the completion of service delivery, payment process handling;
- Coordinating with the Marketing team on brand promotions activities, lead generation, lead follow-up;
- Market-technology-industry-customer analysis;
- Enforce customer relationship management in the company’s centralized system;
- Customer care operations;
- Regular report to BOD.
