- Lead the market expansion, customer acquisition and sales growth of global market, including but not limited to US, EU, Australia & NZL, China, and ASEAN;
- Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team with the right culture in place;
- Market research, and industrial analysis, customer acquisition strategy, sales strategy development and executio;
- Responsible the entire sales funnel and KPIs of sales & profitability;
- Build long-lasting customer relationship and partnership to foster sustainable growth;
- Oversee and manage the business operations budget;
- Coordinating with the engineering team to offer the best service offerings to customers;
- Coordinating with Marketing team on brand promotions activities, lead generation, and customer care activities;
- Data-driven and CRM-based working model, regular reports to BoD;
- Frequent travel to greet and meet with potential customers;
- Location: Hanoi or HCM.
