Location: HCMC 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

– Design and build AI-powered applications such as: 

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems 

• AI assistants and copilots 

• Knowledge search platforms 

• Document intelligence pipelines

– Develop agentic AI workflows using frameworks such as: 

• LangGraph 

• CrewAI 

• AutoGen / ADK 

– Implement scalable RAG architectures, including: 

• Document ingestion pipelines 

• Embedding generation 

• Vector search and hybrid retrieval 

• Prompt orchestration and context management 

– Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, or Azure AI Search.  

– Deploy AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ensure production-ready AI systems with monitoring, evaluation of pipelines, and LLM observability.  

– Collaborate with backend, data engineering, DevOps, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems. 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

– Python programming and experience with modern AI frameworks. 

– Hands-on experience with LLM applications, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and AI workflow orchestration. 

– Experience with AI services exposed via APIs (FastAPI or similar). 

– Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen. 

– Familiarity with vector databases and embedding models. 

– Experience deploying systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. 

– Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems. 

– Fluent English communication and ability to work with global teams. 

Preferred Qualifications 

– Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow. 

– Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Weights & Biases. 

– Experience working with Databricks, pyspark. 

– Knowledge of enterprise architecture, scalable distributed systems, model serving at scale.
