Role Description
We are looking for experienced Middle/Senior Fullstack Engineers to join large-scale international system modernization projects. You will contribute to rebuilding enterprise platforms, modernizing data systems, and delivering solutions in an AI-enabled software development environment.
This role requires strong technical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders across different business functions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS and Python/FastAPI
- Participate in rebuilding and modernizing enterprise systems, including data platforms and internal business applications
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
- Work with cloud environments such as AWS and Azure
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Propose and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to engineering best practices
- Perform code reviews and support high-quality software delivery
- Work within AI-assisted software development methodologies and continuously adapt to new technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Fullstack Software Development.
- Strong experience with ReactJS, Python/FastAPI, RESTful APIs, and Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of System Design, Scalable Architecture, CI/CD Pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to work directly with international stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate ownership, and solve complex technical problems.
- Fast learner with strong adaptability to new technologies, tools, and development processes.
- Experience with system modernization, platform rebuild projects, enterprise data platforms, DevExpress, or AI-assisted development methodologies is a plus.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Healthcare domain.
