JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced Middle/Senior Data Engineer to join a global manufacturing project focused on building a modern enterprise data platform on Snowflake.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable data solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to deliver analytics capabilities across ERP, CRM, and customer service systems.
  • Design and implement Snowflake-based data platforms from the ground up.
  • Build and maintain scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake and dbt.
  • Develop data models to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Implement data governance, security controls, RBAC, and data protection standards.
  • Integrate data from enterprise systems such as ERP, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect.
  • Optimize data performance, quality, monitoring, and reliability.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate directly with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Support knowledge sharing and promote data engineering best practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and dbt.
  • Experience building modern ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Dimensional Modeling, and Data Governance.
  • Experience implementing RBAC, data security, and PII protection.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with Terraform and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good English communication skills.
    Nice to Have
    – Snowflake Certification (SnowPro Core or above).
    – dbt Certification.
    – Experience in manufacturing, customer experience, CRM, or contact-center domains.
    – Experience integrating Salesforce or Amazon Connect data.
    – Experience working directly with business stakeholders in global projects.
