LOCATION: Hanoi, Hochiminh

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Lead UI/UX design from research, wireframing, and prototyping to final delivery. 
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure feasibility and design alignment. 
• Conduct user research and usability testing. 
• Build and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure product consistency. 
• Contribute creative ideas for new features, especially within Web3/blockchain contexts. 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• 5+ years of experience in product design (UI/UX) for web or mobile applications. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. 
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems. 
• Previous experience designing fintech or blockchain-related applications is a strong advantage. 
• Strong strategic thinking, design aesthetic, and communication skills for presenting ideas effectively. 
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
