ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in banking and financial services. The role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team to ensure accurate and effective solution implementation.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Work with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements 
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications 
• Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure requirements are fully understood 
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking 
• Provide domain expertise in banking processes, compliance, and regulations 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of BA experience, including at least 3 years in banking/financial services 
• Excellent English communication, confident in working with international clients 
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, payments, compliance, KYC/AML 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects 
• Strong documentation and presentation skills 
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)
